Questions from runners
From your first run to your next finish line.
Is TrainGO Run only for running?
Yes. The experience is dedicated to road, track, treadmill, trail and mountain running. Your goals, experience and availability guide your plan.
Can I start as a beginner?
Yes. Tell us your starting point and the days you can train. You do not need a race on your calendar: building a running routine is a goal too.
Does it cover 5K, 10K, half marathons and marathons?
Yes. Set a distance, a race and, if appropriate, a target time. Preparation takes your experience and schedule into account without promising a result.
What about trail, mountain and ultra running?
You can specify your challenge’s distance, terrain and elevation gain. On trails and mountains, effort and elevation matter as much as pace per kilometer.
Can I run on a treadmill?
Yes. Choose indoor running when recording your workout. GPS is used outdoors; distance and other metrics depend on your device and sensors.
Do I need a sports watch?
Not to start planning. Use your phone and connect compatible devices whenever you want. Imports, metrics and workout delivery depend on the integration and permissions you grant.
What if I have little time or feel tired?
Use the workout adaptation option to describe your day. You can also adjust a single week in your calendar without changing your usual routine.
What does DNA Coach do?
It helps guide your running plan using the information you provide. Suggestions do not replace medical assessment or individual professional support. Stop exercising and seek advice if you feel pain or unwell.
Does TrainGO Run have the same plans as TrainGO?
Run has its own experience and plans. Check available options and terms in the Run plans area before subscribing. Access to one product does not automatically include all other products.
Where can I access it?
Web access takes you to the TrainGO Run running area. Check official channels for app and integration availability; links to other TrainGO apps are not Run downloads.
