01Acceptance of the Terms
By creating an account, accessing or using TrainGO Run, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any provision, do not use the platform. Continued use of the service after changes to these Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
02Service Description
TrainGO Run is an endurance training platform for athletes and students that offers: workout logging and import, progress tracking, zones and training load, race and goal preparation, mental and performance tools assisted by artificial intelligence, plans and packs with coaches, and integrated payments. The service is provided as is and evolves continuously: features may be added, changed or discontinued, always aiming to preserve your data and experience.
03Account and Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use TrainGO Run. Users under 18 need consent from a parent or legal guardian to create and maintain an account. You agree to provide truthful and up-to-date registration information, keep your password confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Each account is personal and non-transferable, and you are responsible for all activity carried out through it.
04Subscriptions, Payments and Refunds
TrainGO Run digital feature subscriptions purchased in the app are processed by Google Play on Android and the App Store on iOS. Each plan’s price and features are shown on the paywall before purchase. Digital subscriptions: the plan, included features, total price, billing period and any eligible offer are shown before store confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically for the stated period and price unless cancelled. If a free trial is offered, billing starts when it ends unless you cancel beforehand. Use the Subscriptions section in Google Play or the App Store to view the next charge and cancel renewal. Cancellation normally preserves access until the current period ends; deleting your app account does not cancel a store subscription. Use Restore purchases to recover a subscription belonging to the same account. Store purchase refunds follow Google Play or Apple procedures and applicable law, without limiting statutory consumer rights.
05User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create or upload on the platform — photos, videos, training notes, imported activity files, journal entries and race results. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to store, process and display that content for the sole purpose of operating the service — for you and for the people you choose to share it with (for example, your coach). We do not use your content for advertising. You can delete your content at any time.
06User Conduct
When using TrainGO Run, you agree not to: • post unlawful, offensive or discriminatory content, or engage in harassment; • infringe third-party intellectual property or image rights; • create fake accounts, impersonate others or circumvent security mechanisms; • reverse engineer, scrape or perform unauthorized automated access; • use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes. Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.
07Intellectual Property
The TrainGO Run platform, brand, application and all of its content are owned by RUMPLETISTEKIN CRIACOES LTDA, Brazilian company registered under CNPJ 68.001.451/0001-87. The TrainGO Run brand, logo, design, code, texts and other elements of the platform are owned by RUMPLETISTEKIN CRIACOES LTDA or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the app under these Terms. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights over the platform to you.
08AI-Generated Content (TrainGO Run Intelligence)
TrainGO Run Intelligence generates insights, workout suggestions, mental guidance and audio with the help of artificial intelligence. All of this content is strictly for guidance and educational purposes. AI-generated content does NOT constitute medical, psychological, nutritional or any other healthcare professional advice, and may contain inaccuracies. Always consult qualified professionals — physician, physiotherapist, nutritionist, psychologist — before making decisions about health, diet, weight management or injury recovery. Final decisions about your training belong to you and your coach.
09High-Risk Physical Activity Notice
Intense physical activity carries inherent risks, including joint, muscle, cardiovascular and other injuries. By using TrainGO Run, you acknowledge these risks and confirm that you practice the activity by your own choice and at your own responsibility. Consult a physician before starting or intensifying any training program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions. Always train under the supervision of qualified professionals. TrainGO Run is a tracking tool and is not liable for injuries resulting from sport practice.
10Health, medical clearance and limitation of liability
By using TrainGO Run as an athlete, you declare that you are in adequate physical and health condition to practice the chosen activity and that you have undergone, or will undergo before starting training, a medical evaluation attesting to that fitness. It is solely your responsibility to keep that evaluation current and to inform your coach of any relevant condition, injury or limitation. You also declare that you have read and accept these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. You understand and agree that TrainGO Run and the coaches on the platform are not liable for injuries, worsening of health conditions, discomfort, accidents or any other damage, direct or indirect, arising from the activities and workouts suggested, prescribed or monitored through the platform. Every workout is performed at your own risk, within your own limits. If you feel any unusual symptom — pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, palpitations, malaise or discomfort — stop the activity immediately and seek a doctor. This acceptance is recorded in your account (term version, date, IP address and browser) and may be requested again when the text is updated.
11Third-Party Integrations
TrainGO Run offers optional integrations with third-party services such as Oura, WHOOP, Apple Health, Google Health Connect, Bluetooth heart rate monitors and the payment processor Stripe. Use of these services is governed by the terms and privacy policies of their respective providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or conduct of third-party services. How we handle data obtained through these integrations is described in detail in our Privacy Policy.
12Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrainGO Run does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the service and is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or loss of data caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Where limitation is permitted, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid to the platform in the 12 months preceding the event. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, including consumer rights.
13Termination
You may close your account at any time, directly in the app or by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of violation of these Terms, fraud, risk to the safety of other users or legal requirement, with notice where possible. After termination, your data will be handled according to the Privacy Policy, including the deletion timelines described there.
14Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the service or in the law. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice via the app or email. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
15Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For consumers, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction over disputes.
